Technical Program Manager, Recruiting Technology

📋 Description

• Build and run cross-team planning cadence for recruiting technology.
• Drive top-priority cross-team programs end-to-end.
• Lead the technical interconnection work: API integrations and data flows.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to embed Claude in recruiting workflows.
• Connect recruiting to company roadmaps and headcount planning.
• Own build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations with security and integration tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years TPM experience; built cross-functional programs from scratch.
• Experience planning across teams without direct reporting lines.
• APIs and data flows across SaaS platforms.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics in HR tech.
• Ability to translate between engineers, recruiters, analysts, and execs.
• Excited about applying AI to recruiting workflows.
