Technical Program Manager - Security

📋 Description

• Partner with security engineers, infra, PMs, and legal to drive security deliverables.
• Synthesize security goals from product and threat landscape; map strategy to tasks.
• Maintain project state, including remediation timelines, incident response obligations, and coverage gaps.
• Improve cross-team collaboration across security, IT, legal, and customers.
• Design and improve security processes and frameworks to scale programs with less manual effort.
• Drive incident response coordination with clear ownership and post-incident reviews.
• Work with customer-facing teams on adoption of security features and certifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing complex security or software programs.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions on security concepts.
• Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure security incidents.
• Meticulous attention to detail, upholding security and quality bars.
• Must work from the country listed and be within commuting distance.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
