• Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity
• Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging
• Program-manage triage tooling and automation. Bring requirements to the dedicated tools and
• Manage intake and escalation. Maintain the intake paths, escalation criteria and shared boards

🎯 Requirements

• Systems-Oriented Background: 3+ years in technical program management or engineering operations
• Data fluency: experience writing your own queries and dashboards on high-volume issue or
• Tool-builder disposition: experience building light tooling to run your own program, and partnering
• Stakeholder leadership and communication: proven ability to align teams without direct authority
• Structure from ambiguity: a track record of breaking a complex or ambiguous problem or goal into
