Technical Program Manager (Technical Services, 8 Month-Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, and go-live readiness for Data
• Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Project Managers, Resource Management, and delivery
• Monitor project portfolios, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation and
• Lead post-project reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of AI-powered tools, AI agents, copilots, and
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or related
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, delivery commitments, stakeholder
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management, and
• Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, ETL processes, data integration concepts, and systems
• Experience using project and operational management platforms such as JIRA, Kimble, Smartsheet
• Experience working in production, SaaS, healthcare technology, or customer delivery environments
