Technical Program Manager (Technical Services, 8 Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Understand customer requirements, technical dependencies, and Data Migration delivery processes to
• Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Project Managers, Resource Management, and delivery
• Manage project demand, resource forecasting, and capacity planning activities to balance project
• Coordinate Data Migration project go-live readiness and execution activities with Project Managers
• Monitor project portfolios, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation and
• Maintain project requests, schedules, dashboards, operational metrics, templates, and project

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, delivery commitments, stakeholder
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management, and
• Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, ETL processes, data integration concepts, and systems
• Experience using project and operational management platforms such as JIRA, Kimble, Smartsheet
• Experience working in production, SaaS, healthcare technology, or customer delivery environments.
