Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily project execution, overseeing scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies
• Lead the Agile delivery cadence, including two-week sprint planning, backlog refinement, and
• Maintain risk, action, issue, and decision (RAID) logs; track dependencies; and escalate matters
• Prepare written agendas, meeting minutes, and project updates for meetings with government
• Manage and configure Jira backlogs, sprint boards, and reporting dashboards as the authoritative
• Support change management, scope control, monthly status reporting, and ongoing documentation to

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in software development or IT delivery, including
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating day-to-day delivery on a government contract, including
• Hands-on Jira administration and configuration experience, including managing sprint boards
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional agendas, meeting
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with
