📋 Description

• Support core connectivity operations — help track and coordinate key workflows across carrier
• Oversee SIM ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution processes across all markets
• Take ownership of issue resolution for lower-priority partner escalations; collaborate with
• Plan and execute SIM and feature testing across global providers; coordinate with freelancers or
• Gather and analyze metrics to spot issues, identify trends, and support operational decisions
• Document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help implement more scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical or operational role — whether in tech, consulting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail — comfortable with spreadsheets and picking
• Clear written and verbal communication — able to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
• Proactive, hands-on mindset — not afraid to dive into the weeds to get things done
• An interest in telecom, APIs, or connectivity is a plus — but curiosity and willingness to learn go
