Technical Recruiter (6-month Contract)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ concurrent requisitions across Engineering, including backend
• Manage searches across multiple seniority levels, from mid-level individual contributors through
• Partner directly with engineering and product leaders to define role scope, success profiles
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions
• Conduct meaningful technical screening conversations that assess candidates’ depth across
• Evaluate technical profiles across technologies such as Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with direct ownership of Engineering
• Demonstrated experience independently managing 8–12+ concurrent technical requisitions across
• Strong technical fluency with programming languages, frameworks, system architecture, cloud
• Practical knowledge of Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Swift, Kotlin, cloud
• Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse ATS, including system setup, pipeline management, scorecards
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including sourcing, InMail strategy, and talent-pool
