Technical Recruiter (6-month Contract)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ concurrent requisitions across Engineering, including backend
• Manage searches across multiple seniority levels, from mid-level individual contributors through
• Partner directly with engineering and product leaders to define role scope, success profiles
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions
• Conduct meaningful technical screening conversations that assess candidates’ depth across
• Evaluate technical profiles across technologies such as Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript

🎯 Requirements

• You have 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with direct ownership of
• You have demonstrated experience independently managing 8–12+ concurrent technical requisitions
• You possess strong technical fluency and can confidently discuss programming languages, frameworks
• You have practical knowledge of technologies such as Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript
• You have hands-on expertise with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisition
• You have advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including sourcing, InMail strategy, and
