Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through offer, in close partnership with
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical fit and experience
• Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, define interview panels, and set evaluation
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep the process moving
• Extend verbal offers to selected candidates, then partner with our Onboarding Specialist for the

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a technology, IT services, or
• Proven experience recruiting for senior or specialized engineering/architecture roles strongly
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche communities)
• Solid understanding of network engineering, infrastructure, and security terminology, enough to
• Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple open reqs at once
