Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer, with a primary focus on technical roles.
• Support recruiting across additional business functions as hiring needs evolve.
• Lead intake meetings to understand business needs, candidate profiles, timelines, and interview
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview and offer process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a recruiting advisor throughout each

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience recruiting technical
• Demonstrated success recruiting roles across areas such as Software Engineering, Product, Data
• Strong passive sourcing skills and experience engaging talent in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting across additional business functions is a plus.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership skills, including the ability to set expectations, provide
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of proactive follow-through.
