🎯 Requirements

5+ years recruiting for software engineering and/or product roles across levels.
Creative sourcing techniques and personalized outreach to passive talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of high-touch candidate experiences for candidates and managers.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic and KPI focus.
