• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and
• Proactive Sourcing: Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering managers and leaders to define
• Candidate Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate candidates’
• Candidate Experience & Process: Drive a smooth, responsive candidate journey by maintaining
• Offer Management: Work alongside hiring managers and HR to structure competitive offers, walk

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or
• Solid Technical Understanding: Comfortable discussing technical concepts, programming languages
• Proven Sourcing Skills: Experience going beyond inbound applicants to proactively source, engage
• Strong Stakeholder Communication: Ability to build trust with hiring managers, provide pipeline
• Organized & Goal-Driven: Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently while
• Experience with Modern ATS: Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools like
