• Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: define role profiles and scorecards.
• Process & Systems: maintain ATS hygiene, interview kits, and reporting.
• Brand & Storytelling: shape Moment's narrative to attract top candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years sourcing or recruiting technical and/or GTM talent.
• Exceptional sourcing instincts and outbound creativity.
• High-velocity operator managing many concurrent searches.
• Strong judgment, taste, and an extremely high bar for talent.
• Excited to grow with a fast-scaling company and leadership.
