• Partner with hiring managers to shape recruiting strategy.

• Onsite five days/week at Long Beach HQ.

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-growth orgs.
• Proven track record sourcing passive talent and filling early-to-mid roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Experience negotiating offers and closing top talent.
• Experience improving recruiting processes for efficiency.
• Onsite five days/week at Long Beach HQ.
