• Experiment with sourcing: communities, hackathons, AI tools
• Build Notion's employer brand and candidate experience
• Coach hiring managers to ensure fair, high-standard interviews
• Partner with Eng, Product, Design, Sales, People teams

• 2+ years of recruiter experience focused on early career
• Builder mentality: create new programs
• Curiosity about emerging talent; experiment with sourcing channels
• Strong instincts for employer brand and candidate experience
• Ability to design and run programs end-to-end
• Data-driven decision making
