🎯 Requirements

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
Experience using AI and real-time data to speed hiring and improve candidate/hiring manager
Proven ability to partner with hiring teams as a trusted advisor.
High autonomy, adapt to ambiguity, and manage fast-moving environments.
Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
Data-driven problem solving and strong communication skills.
