🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting
• Sourcing passive talent and filling early-mid roles
• Partner with managers to define hiring strategies
• Experience negotiating offers and closing top talent
• Improve recruiting processes for efficiency
• Nice to have hardware/manufacturing recruiting experience
