📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across high-volume manufacturing technician hiring and Manufacturing
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to calibrate on role requirements, interview plans
• Build and maintain technician pipelines at scale while developing targeted sourcing strategies for

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, engineering, or other technical hardware
