Technical Revenue Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Own ASC 606 revenue accounting; SME for complex revenue recognition
• Lead month-end and quarter-end revenue close; ensure accuracy
• Provide strategic accounting guidance with cross-functional teams
• Design and ship AI-enabled tools to automate quote-to-cash tasks
• Draft technical memos; maintain SOX-ready revenue controls
• Lead high-impact revenue initiatives enabling compliant growth

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting; CPA preferred; 6+ yrs revenue accounting (Big 4+ industry)
• Deep U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 expertise; complex contracts and non-standard deals
• Experience owning revenue close with growing scope, speed, and accuracy
• AI fluency; build and ship AI tools; hands-on SQL/BI experience
• Excellent communicator; translate accounting for non-technical stakeholders
• Bias for action; ownership; deliver meaningful outcomes
