Technical Services Advisor (Consumer Products)

📋 Description

• Provide technical and regulatory support and advice to clients across a range of consumer product
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring enquiries are managed professionally
• Interpret UK, EU, US and other international product safety and chemical regulations and translate
• Support clients in understanding testing requirements, compliance obligations and emerging
• Support the delivery of product safety and regulatory risk assessments, considering product type
• Support the development of appropriate risk-based testing and compliance programmes in conjunction

🎯 Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, Materials Science
• Experience in a testing laboratory, product compliance, quality assurance, product safety
• A strong interest in developing expertise in consumer product safety, chemical compliance and
• Ability to quickly learn, interpret and clearly communicate complex scientific, technical and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence
