Technical Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Resolving customer questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and everything in
• Being an expert resource on best practices in running MongoDB at scale
• Advocating for customers' needs, interfacing with product management and development teams
• Contributing to internal projects, including software development of support tools for performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience
• Strong technical experience in more than one area: systems engineering (Linux performance, memory
• Ability to read code and basic coding/scripting in at least one language (Java, Python, Ruby, C
• Desire and ability to rapidly learn new technical skills
• Operations background preferred: administering large-scale production environments, hardware, OS
• Genuine desire to help people, think on feet, remain calm under pressure
