Technical Services Engineer (C&C)

📋 Description

• Implement Content and Creators (C&C) products for Bazaarvoice clients.
• Manage deliverables and timelines for technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide technical consulting and support for Bazaarvoice C&C products to clients and staff.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve bugs and contribute input for features.
• Develop and execute SQL queries and REST web services on datasets.
• Build tooling/scripts to automate tasks and analyze data.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in IT supporting software/SaaS client products
• Fluent English skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic or intermediate scripting (JavaScript, Python, Bash)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
