📋 Description

• Lead Fleet installations, ensuring efficiency and a positive customer experience.
• Update 3rd party installers and customers via daily reports and stand-ups.
• Deploy hardware and software solutions in a dynamic environment with minimal assistance.
• Provide guidance on hardware placement to enhance workflows and data collection.
• Develop installation diagrams and thorough documentation.
• Engage with key technology decision-makers post-sale.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IP networking experience with Layer 2, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless.
• Identify and resolve network issues with routers, modems, gateways, APs, edge devices.
• Solid understanding of switching, routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and physical layer.
• Experience with remote/mobile networking tech (Cradlepoint or similar).
• Familiarity with data communications, WAN methods, wireless, and distributed networks.
• Strong troubleshooting across network-connected hardware and systems.
