📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a set of strategic crypto
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response for assigned accounts; own
• Partner closely with GTM and other user-facing teams to deliver a coordinated experience across
• Translate customer and developer needs into actionable product feedback: aggregate patterns across
• Develop and maintain account-specific operational runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics
• Proactively review your accounts' implementations to identify improvements and surface potential

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Management
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, and the ability to explain API concepts
• Working familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, including chains, wallets
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and demonstrated experience partnering with engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management. You can hold both
