Technical Solutions Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct technical trade studies and software evaluations to ensure architectural fit, security, and
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements and select optimal SaaS
• Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, and Procurement on technical due diligence, vendor onboarding, and
• Collaborate with IT and business owners on the initial setup, tenant configuration, and IT
• Oversee daily license management, predicting budget requirements for renewals, calculation of costs
• Track seat utilization and automate license harvesting to eliminate waste and optimize software

🎯 Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in IT/IS roles focused on software architecture, enterprise tool evaluation, SaaS
• Proven track record of leading technical trade studies, vendor evaluations, and TCO/ROI analysis
• Strong experience partnering with InfoSec, Legal, and Procurement on technical due diligence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges each week
