Technical Sourcer - Part time/Contract

📋 Description

• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leadership to define and run
• Run intake conversations with hiring teams to understand the technical needs of each role
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, open-source communities
• Write personalized, compelling outreach that earns responses from in-demand engineers, product
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in the early stages of the process, providing
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent pools so we have qualified candidates ready ahead of

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (Engineering required; Product and/or Design a
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape: you can speak credibly about roles, stacks, and
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Ashby experience strongly preferred
• A track record of crafting creative, data-informed sourcing strategies that build a consistent
• Excellent written communication, with a demonstrated ability to write outreach that gets responses
