  • Escalate problems with users and CS teams to solve issues
  • Escalate critical issues to internal channels and test resolutions
  • Report bugs to Engineering & QA and help prioritize fixes
  • Clearly communicate issues to customers and internal teams
  • Verify issues are resolved and validated
  • Provide Email, Chat and Phone support to customers

  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Billing experience including analyzing invoices
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL and Zendesk
  • Ability to address customer concerns with empathy
  • Ability to mentor teammates and advise on Billing improvements
  • Strong RESTful API knowledge and Zuora experience
