  • Troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability and SLAs.

  • Improve monitoring, support processes, and CRM workflows as the team scales.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences and incident resolution.
  • Work in a hybrid, mission-critical environment.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2/3) or similar in SaaS/public safety.
  • Strong networking knowledge: OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting; Wireshark.
  • VoIP and UC: SIP, RTP, WebRTC; PBX/SBC familiarity.
  • Monitoring/Observability with Datadog, Grafana or similar tools.
  • Cloud expertise: AWS, plus Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
