📋 Description

Provide technical support on a variety of technical support issues
Work with customers on Developer Platform products: Workers, Workers AI, Pages, KV, Stream, R2, D1
Learn the inner workings of Cloudflare's technology and gain a deeper understanding of internet

🎯 Requirements

Familiar with Developer Platform products
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Experience solving HTTP, DNS and other networking-related problems
Experience with a common web development language (e.g., JavaScript)
Understanding of how the Internet works
Experience in a support role resolving tickets

Familiar with Cloudflare and have a site actively using the platform
Solid grasp of problem-solving with command line tools (curl/dig/traceroute/tcpdump)
Familiar with Nginx, Apache, IIS or other web servers
Committed to deeper understanding of DNS, CDN - Cache, SSL, Cloudflare Workers
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL or other database servers
