📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems, infrastructure
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS and/or Azure environments as part of daily technical operations.
• Analyze issues across applications, systems, infrastructure, and cloud environments to identify
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and distributed stakeholders to resolve complex
• Escalate incidents when appropriate and maintain ownership of issues through to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, particularly AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills across applications, systems
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and common enterprise IT environments.
• Experience investigating and resolving technical incidents and service requests.
• Experience working with ticketing, incident-management, or IT service-management processes.
