📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for R&D (Product & Technology) roles across NAMER and LATAM.
• Advise engineering/product leaders using data to calibrate hiring decisions.
• Guide interview practices; build structured interview plans and panels.
• Build relationships with engineering/product hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Leverage AI tools and trends to improve recruitment quality.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey with consistent communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience for software/ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Proficiency in talent data analytics and market intelligence.
• Ability to operate in remote, fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• N avigate multiple roles and proactively build pipelines.
• Desired: Hiring technical talent in North America and LATAM.
