🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting technical talent within fast-moving technology or product
• Deep technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI and/or Security. Product
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills, with the ability to get beyond the obvious candidate
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.
• Data-driven, curious and focused on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Confident influencing hiring managers and challenging thinking when needed.
