• Translate complex concepts for developers, customers, and internal teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Solutions to translate features into docs.
• Build and maintain docs that evolve with the product and APIs.
• Improve developer experience by identifying gaps and gathering feedback.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer supporting software products, APIs, or SaaS.
• Excellent written communication; explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable reading technical docs, APIs, JSON, and working with engineers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast evolving product.
• Experience with Markdown, Git, GitHub, Notion, Confluence, CMS tools.
