Technical Writer Intern (Summer 2027)

📋 Description

• Write clear and accurate documentation that enables Sigma customers to use the product effectively
• Deploy documentation and gather insights from customer metrics
• Work closely with the development team (engineers, designers, product managers) to understand
• Participate in cross-functional planning, bug bashes, and strategic discussions
• Explore and validate product features through rigorous testing
• Translate complex technical details into clear, digestible documentation and release notes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate or graduate degree program in the U.S. with a
• Able to intern from June 2027 through August 2027 (flexible)
• Legally authorized to work in the US during Summer 2027; visa sponsorship not available, but
• Able to work in-person in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY
• Pursuing at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
