Technician I, LP-DED Additive, Second Shift

📋 Description

• Front-line additive manufacturing for the Aeon-R engine, ensuring safe, on-time production.
• Directly support LP-DED Additive work center buildout, first prints, and ops optimization.
• Manage production WIP, maintenance, and schedules to drive on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, specialists, and quality to meet QC standards.
• Advocate for new tools and improvements to boost production efficiency.
• Second shift: 50-hour week with 10% shift differential.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on additive operations and post-processing (powder-based preferred).
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute work instructions.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with LP-DED or laser/powder additive processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvements.
