Techno-Functional SAP HCM Consultant

📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational
• Work with Infotypes, Dynamic Actions, Enterprise and Personnel Structures, Object Relationships
• Develop ABAP Reports, Function Modules, RFCs, interfaces, and data migration programs.
• Develop and maintain solutions using HCM Logical Databases, including PNP and PNPCE.
• Design and implement BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Object-Oriented ABAP solutions.
• Design and develop SAP Gateway OData services using SEGW.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a SAP HCM techno-functional consultant or in a closely related
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management
• Strong SAP ABAP development experience in enterprise environments.
• Solid knowledge of HCM Function Modules, BAPIs, BAdIs, RFCs, and enhancement frameworks.
• Strong experience working with PNP and PNPCE logical databases.
• Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP.
