• Prepare, verify, check and approve product specifications accurately in line with client

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Food Hygiene, Food Science or Regulatory qualification/degree.
• Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3 qualifications.
• Practical experience within the food industry, in a technical or regulatory role.
• Working knowledge of food technical and regulatory requirements, including HACCP, Food Safety and
• Practical knowledge of retailer specification systems.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work
