📋 Description

• Act as the second line subject matter expert for operational risk, technology (ICT and security
• Review and challenge the design and effectiveness of controls over key technology systems and
• Provide effective oversight and challenge of first line risk and control self-assessments (RCSA)
• Provide second line input into technology and security strategies and business continuity planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in operational risk, technology risk or related roles in financial services
• Deep knowledge of risk management practices, regulatory expectations, and industry standards
• Strong understanding of digital banking technology, including cloud computing, cybersecurity
• Experience in evaluating and challenging risk and control environments, particularly in high-growth
• Ambitious risk professional ready to leave the constraints of legacy firms behind.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
