📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction of MarTech-powered connected experiences, ensuring technology
• Represent the organization's technical capabilities with clients and senior stakeholders
• Lead organizational change initiatives within large, matrixed client environments, helping teams
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Platforms teams to develop comprehensive MarTech
• Lead cross-practice and cross-functional technical initiatives that promote innovation
• Evolve MarTech audit methodologies and reference architectures, leveraging proprietary tools and AI

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on MarTech experience combining strategic consulting, technical implementation
• Extensive experience working across MarTech ecosystems, including customer data platforms such as
• 4+ years of client-facing business development experience, including pre-sales, technical
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change within large or matrixed organizations, with
• Strong strategic consulting and client advisory capabilities, with the ability to translate complex
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs involving marketing, data, analytics
