• Drive Fin's IT onboarding program to ensure Week 1 readiness.
• Design and deliver IT awareness campaigns for productivity and AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Program Mgmt, Learning & Development or Enablement.
• End-to-end onboarding/education program delivery and measurement.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling; stakeholder mgmt.
• Self-directed and autonomous; own programs with minimal direction.
• Strong project and program mgmt; manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced tech environments with ambiguity.
