Technology Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Support the development and launch of the Justworks partner marketplace.
• Drive revenue by owning partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Identify, onboard, and evaluate new technology partners.
• Coordinate integration requirements with Product and Engineering.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and engagement.
• Create enablement materials: training, FAQs, co-selling resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in technology partnerships or related roles.
• Experience driving partner-sourced revenue and pipeline.
• Cross-functional work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments.
