• Drive Partner Growth: Increase adoption of HAPI products within existing partners (Product
• Expand AI and Product Adoption: Champion the rollout of HAPI's AI screening and EQO capabilities
• Strengthen and Deepen Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Enable Partner Success: Work closely with VONQ’s product, support, and engineering teams to ensure
• Engage Partner Customers: Meet directly with ATS/HCM end-customers to understand their needs and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of partner or channel experience specifically involving embedded/API integrations, not
• Deep Experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations
• Fluency in English is required; German or French is a significant plus.
• A genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring: you do not need to be a data scientist, but
• Proven ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within a partner or customer
• A commercial mindset: you are comfortable owning a number and being accountable for it
