📋 Description

• Keep the office running. Own networking, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, and shared technology.
• Own the employee technology lifecycle. Manage device procurement, inventory, setup, endpoint
• Make access reliable and secure. Administer Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and workplace
• Drive vendors and workplace projects. Own IT vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement
• Run compliance operations. Operate the SOC 2 calendar and Vanta, collect evidence, coordinate
• Support customer trust. Coordinate security questionnaires and enterprise reviews, keep trust

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience across technical operations and workplace technology, with hands-on responsibility
• Know workplace technology firsthand. You've managed networks, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, endpoints
• Have supported SOC 2 or continuous compliance. You've operated controls, collected evidence, worked
• Can troubleshoot before escalating. You're comfortable with admin consoles, APIs, logs, device
• Write clearly and work well across teams. You can explain technical issues and compliance evidence
• Take ownership and follow through. You prioritize independently, document decisions, verify
