• Support planning, monitoring, and control activities across operational or project-related
• Assist with the preparation and follow-up of schedules, activities, and deadlines.
• Use MS Project to develop, update, and monitor project plans and timelines.
• Maintain and organize information using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support activities involving SAP/R3 and ensure relevant information is properly recorded and
• Provide administrative and operational support to planning and control processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional experience working with support, planning, and control activities.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project, including completion of an advanced-level course.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of SAP/R3.
