Telecom Engineer - Voice Deployment

📋 Description

• Design and deploy scalable, redundant, and highly available telecom solutions across Five9's data
• Ensure reliability and performance of the voice platform through proactive deployment practices and
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to introduce new telecom
• Drive platform improvements by initiating and contributing to projects focused on resilience
• Develop and maintain operational standards and processes to support deployment efficiency and
• Analyze telecom incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that prevent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on a service provider or enterprise voice network.
• Strong understanding of SIP protocols; experience with WebRTC is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Ribbon SBCs and PSXs highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and CCNA certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in documenting technical solutions including diagrams and written procedures.
