Telesales Agent - Intern (KSA)

📋 Description

• Contact prospective sellers through outbound calls and other approved communication channels
• Introduce Trendyol Marketplace and communicate its value proposition and opportunities to potential
• Identify and qualify businesses based on their assortment, category, business profile and selling
• Understand seller needs, tailor your approach and confidently address questions or objections
• Support interested sellers throughout the registration and initial onboarding process, maintaining
• Build positive relationships with business owners, retailers, brands, distributors and e-commerce

🎯 Requirements

• University recent graduate, or early-career candidate, Business administration, marketing, sales or
• Fluent/native Arabic and good working proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and working toward clear acquisition and conversion targets.
• Proactive, persistent and able to take ownership of seller follow-ups.
• Previous exposure to sales, telesales, business development, customer acquisition, e-commerce or
