📋 Description

• Assist with cataloguing and researching Private Sales and Middle Market works.
• Organize scans and references; perform book checks and vetting.
• Draft catalogue essays; maintain property files and supporting docs.
• Collaborate on paste-ups and layouts for digital and print catalogs.
• Liaise with pre-sale admin, registrars, catalogue production, press, and marketing.
• Support proposals and contribute to valuation listings as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in relevant area.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• General knowledge of Contemporary art history, artists, and values.
• Self-starter with impeccable organizational and writing skills.
• Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines; able to work under pressure.
• Team player with excellent communication; able to work independently; Spanish a plus.
