Input and edit valuations data accurately and timely
Serve as technical point-person for valuations production
Coordinate with Specialist dept Administrators to determine document needs
Ensure data and formatting is consistent with department styles; error-free documents
Proactively review and edit valuations, communicating with the Valuations team
Provide on-site support during appraisal visits (some travel may be required)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required
Strong typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems
Excel skills; text functions and VLOOKUP
Detail oriented; able to meet deadlines
Team player with strong communication
