🎯 Requirements

• Full-time Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in channel sales, general trade, distributor management, or a
• Strong practical experience in distributor/RS management, including sales planning, performance
• Good understanding of ROI calculations and the ability to use commercial data to support decisions
• Experience with sales target achievement, market visits, customer management, promotional
• Ability to identify infrastructure and performance gaps within a distributor network and take
